Making a wild Mushroom Seasoning out of dehydrated Chanterelles, Morels, Chicken of the Woods, Black Trumpets, Indigo Milk Caps and Hen of the Woods. I collect my mushrooms throughout the year and dehydrate them, then vacuum seal them to keep them shelf stable. I then grind them up and mix with onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, and salt to make a most wonderful Wild Mushroom Seasoning that I give out as gifts to my family and friends during the holiday season!
