Lechuguilla Aquatico: The Most Beautiful Cave in Mexico

Join us as Jason and I explore one of the most beautiful caves we have ever visited in Mexico! On this special trip, we were invited to tag along with a speleologist and his university students as they traveled deep into the cave to collect water samples for research.
Along with our friend Roberto leading the way, we swam what felt like over a mile underground through crystal clear water, surrounded by some of the most incredible cave formations and massive amounts of calcite we’ve ever seen. Every turn inside this cave felt unreal.
This adventure was not only beautiful, but also an amazing opportunity to witness real cave science and exploration happening deep beneath the surface. Mexico continues to blow us away with its underground beauty, and this cave is easily one of the most stunning places we’ve ever experienced.
