Last fall we were contacted by one of our local communities who were seeking help with determining some groundwater in their area. A sand quarry had purchased a large piece of previously residential land and has plans on mining it. The community, concerned about the runoff and potential harm wanted to know where the creek on top of the mountain flows downstream and what it could potentially affect.
We did our groundwork and determined we would only need three dye receptor points and would only be using one dye for the project. Watch along as we do the ground work and share our results.
