We Discovered a CAVE DIVE Hidden Inside this Tennessee Cave

Come along with us as we return to a cave in Sequatchie County, Tennessee with my local friend Ty. This is one we previously had to turn back from due to high water levels earlier this year. Now that summer is here and conditions have improved, we decided to make another attempt. While the water levels had dropped, when we arrived at the entrance we quickly realized the cave still had a fair amount flowing through it, but not enough to stop us this time!
As we entered the cave, we came across the first deep hole about 20 feet in, I crawled around this hole to avoid getting completely wet, only to later discover on our exit that it is actually the main source feeding water into the cave. Now that I know this, I will have to bring a cave diver back to investigate it further and see if it is diveable.
While we were exploring the cave, we stumbled across numerous old pull-tab beer tin cans, likely washed in decades ago. In true underground humor, Angel dubbed it "Swill Cave" in honor of the vintage beverage litter we found.
If you're into caving, history, or just love seeing muddy adventures in wild Tennessee caves, this one's for you. Hit that like button and subscribe for more underground explorations!
