Can a 5-inch crack lead to a massive underground discovery? 🏔️✨
When a local landowner reached out to us about a "blowing lead" on their property, we knew we had to check it out. Finding a tiny opening blasting out a strong wall of cold air can only mean one thing: there is a cave system waiting to be found.
In this video, join Jason, myself, and our good friend Angel as we head out on a Thursday afternoon to tackle the project. The entrance was a mere 5 inches wide and impossible for anyone to fit. But with some serious digging and teamwork we opened it up just enough to drop into a flowstone covered 25-foot pit... only to be stopped by another massive rock blocking the passage.
A few days later, Jason and I returned with our friend Kelly to finish what we started. Watch what happens when Kelly and I finally squeeze through the tight constriction, and see the exact moment we officially open up a brand-new, previously unknown cave in the state of Tennessee!
