Remote Project Caving: Part 3 Restarting the survey

Come along with us as we re-visit a project cave from 2014. When we first surveyed this cave, it was only known as a blind pit, which means it did not have any other known cave passage. While we were surveying the pit, we discovered a high lead. We then bolt traversed around to the lead and discovered over 2,000 feet of virgin (never before seen) cave passage. While we began the survey at that time, we did not finish it and it has been on the back burner for a while. On this day, we decided to go back out and restart the survey. After this trip, we have now surveyed over 3,800 feet of cave passage and have pushed the cave to 228 feet deep. Like and follow for more project caving in the heart of T.A.G.
